SecureAmerica Institute commercializing technology that detects COVID-19 in the air

Is it possible to smell COVID-19? The SecureAmerica Institute answered that question last November with the Worlds Protect breathalyzer kiosk, which uses artificial intelligence to “smell” or detect COVID-19 on an exhaled breath. The next step is to make this technology even more accessible.

Clean energy alternative for steel manufacturing could reduce carbon emissions

The SecureAmerica Institute will provide necessary resources and industry connections to support MetPeel, a new low-temperature, single-step mechanical process to make steel sheet and strip that reduces energy consumption and carbon emissions in one of the hardest sectors to decarbonize — steel.

Texas company introduces COVID breathalyzer

A&M System, Worlds Inc. collaborate on COVID-19 breathalyzer

Texas A&M student researcher tests Worlds Protect technology.

An exhaled breath is key to a new device that uses artificial intelligence to detect whether individuals should be tested for COVID-19. The sophisticated breathalyzer is being developed through a collaboration between Worlds Inc., the U.S. Air Force and The Texas A&M University System.
